If want to really do level 4s with a Command Ship, then I suggest an Eos. Mine does 900+ dps out to 60+ km, with excellent tracking. Most missions I don't even have to move and the blockade is complete cake. The only difficulty it had was the bonu...

As far as I know, the anti-Amarr mission "Smash the Supplier" has the most dps of any standard level 4 at around 8,000 if you wait for all the spawns.

4. 1/10 2/10 - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
I've only found 5 1/10 and no 2/10 since they were moved to exploration. All of the 1/10 I've found since the move were in Theruesse, which is a 0.9 system. It could very well be that they only appear in 0.9 and 1.0 systems.

They could have just flown off the grid in the first room. They would still be able to be probed but warping to them would always go to the first gate.

This mission is not new, most level 1 security agents can give it out from time to time. It's been around at least since Incursion when I started playing.

I got the expedition "Jet Set Hooligans" and the first two parts always spawn a Shadow Serpentis commander. The commander is the trigger for the next part, so I haven't killed him but rather have been doing cargo scans on him after downtime to...
